Product & Purity

All our products are crafted using 81% and 92.5% certified silver, thoroughly quality-checked in accordance with industry standards and purity benchmarks.

Orders & Stock

We maintain ready stock across multiple product categories. For custom-made or bulk orders, a lead time will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

Payments

All payments must be made through authorized channels: UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cheque. GST-compliant invoices are issued for every transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on the order size and location. While we ensure safe and secure packaging, Alliance Silver LLP is not liable for courier-related delays or damage during transit.

Returns & Damages

Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Please note: Prices may vary based on real-time fluctuations in silver rates.
